Beyond Auto Supply Return Policy

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Invoice or proof of purchase must accompany all returns.
• Special-order parts are non-returnable.
• Returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Parts must be returned unused and in the same condition as purchased.
• No cash refunds. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Core returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Deposits are valid for 30 days only. Any remaining balance must be paid within 30 days thereafter, or the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• All special-order parts require a deposit. Deposits are applied toward the purchase price and are non-refundable.
