Warranty Requirements

To make a warranty claim, the customer should:

  1. Contact us as soon as a problem is discovered.
  2. Provide the order information and a description of the issue.
  3. Provide photos, videos, diagnostic information, or other documentation when requested.
  4. Allow us to evaluate the issue and determine whether it is covered under warranty.
  5. Return the part if requested for inspection.

Please contact us before removing, disassembling, modifying, or repairing the part whenever possible.

Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair may void the warranty.

Installation Requirements

We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a qualified automotive technician. Before installation, customers should verify that the part is correct for their vehicle and application.

Certain automotive parts may require replacement of related components, seals, gaskets, filters, fluids, sensors, or other maintenance items before installation.

Failure to properly inspect, prepare, maintain, or install a part may result in failure and may void the warranty.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before installation. We recommend providing accurate vehicle information, including the VIN, year, make, model, engine, transmission, and other applicable specifications, when requested.

Warranty coverage does not guarantee compatibility when incorrect or incomplete vehicle information was provided at the time of purchase.

Warranty Resolution

If a warranty claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement part, subject to availability; or
  • Provide a refund for the purchase price of the warranted part.

If a replacement part is unavailable, a refund may be issued for the original purchase price of the part.

The warranty does not cover labor, installation, removal, shipping, or other additional expenses unless specifically stated otherwise on the product listing.

Warranty Limitations

  • Warranty coverage is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Our warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the warranted part.
  • We are not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential expenses resulting from the installation, removal, use, or failure of a part.
